One of the main reasons this Medium account was created was the need to start creating more. The following reasons were to offer value, to learn through teaching via articles and using it to clarify thoughts.

In various ways I have tried to create content and this is the next iteration. I think there will be many advantages to creating content through words.

Medium content can be created as a base to then create other content such as audio, video or other content and all iterations can be referenced throughout.

It can be a great way to archive any instructions on how to create something. Frequently I have used Medium articles for software related issues and in future it would be great to also contribute.

Social Media

The internet has completely changed the world in incredible ways. After a couple of decades though it has seen the decline of being productive. Big Tech have gotten too good at keeping you on the app. After all, when a service is free, you are the product.

It has allowed for so many to be controlled by these platforms through out of a subconscious habit, dopamine hits or living through others.

For the few who do create more than they consume are called influencers and have created a desirable lifestyle that consumers live through.

The system wants your attention. You beat the system by not giving it to them. Remove the app for a time. It is the first step of regaining your control back.
